Get ready to sing and dance. The 2025 Films on the Lawn season kicks off with the ultimate feel-good movie: MAMMA MIA! (2008). Join us under the stars as we follow Donna (Meryl Streep) and her daughter Sophie’s hilarious and heartwarming journey on a beautiful Greek island. Sophie’s wedding is approaching, and with it, a secret plan to discover her father from among three surprise guests from Donna’s past. Don’t miss this unforgettable night of singing, laughter, and pure joy!

Join us early for fun pre-show activities like writing on our Diary Wall, Face Painting, “Who’s Your Daddy” debate, and boogie in your best “Mamma Mia” fits during our costume contest!

Food vendors on site will be Peace, Love, & Cookies, Pollos Asados al Carbon, and Philbrook concessions of popcorn, soda, and candy!

Food:
Bring your own picnic or purchase dinner on-site from local Food Trucks. No outside alcohol permitted.

Seating:
General Admission seating is first-come, first-served. The front half of the lawn is reserved for blanket seating only, while the back half is for guests with chairs. Blanket and chairs not provided.

Reserved Spots are located towards the middle of the film lawn for an enhanced viewing experience. Premium Spots surround the exterior of the lawn and provide the best viewing experience. A member of our team will be available on the Film Lawn to help you locate your spot.

Weather:
We can’t predict the weather, but we can be prepared! If you plan to bring a blanket to sit on, consider bringing a tarp or other water-resistant material along in case the ground is damp.

In case of rain or other inclement weather, the film may be moved indoors to the Patti Johnson Wilson Auditorium – or be cancelled. If moved indoors, Reserved Ticket-Holders will be assigned a reserved row to accommodate up to 4 guests, and Premium Spot-Holders be assigned a reserved row to accommodate up to 10 guests, as well as a complimentary concession perk for the group. In either case, ticket-holders will be notified via email and will have one week from the date of the event to contact Philbrook at 918-748-5300 to exchange film tickets for another film, upcoming event, or apply the funds toward a Membership. All sales are final.
