Accessibility

Philbrook Museum of Art is committed to creating accessible experiences for all visitors.

If you have questions about access at Philbrook, would like to request an accommodation, or have feedback to share, please call our Guest Experience Team at 918-748-5300.

Visitors with Limited Mobility

All restrooms at Philbrook are wheelchair accessible. In addition, due to COVID precautions, all indoor restrooms have been converted to single-use spaces. One person or family unit is permitted at a time.

Personal wheelchairs and mobility devices are welcome. Much of the garden and grounds are accessible for those using a wheelchair or mobility device. Some paths have uneven surfaces. Download a map of the campus that marks accessible routes below.

Parking and Entry to Philbrook Museum and Gardens

When visiting, please be aware all accessible parking spaces are located in the upper level lot. The lower level parking lot connects to the museum entrance by stairs and a steep ramp. The main campus museum and much of the garden and grounds are accessible for those using a wheelchair or mobility device. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for our General Admission guests at no additional charge.

Festival Night Parking and Entry

For accessible entry on Festival Nights, please follow signage to the lower level parking lot on the northeast side of the museum and check-in at the Garden Kiosk. Accessible entry and exit points are indicated on all maps.

Much of the Gardens are accessible for those using a wheelchair or mobility device. Some paths have uneven surfaces and one ramp has a steep slope. Please feel free to ask any Philbrook staff or volunteer, throughout the evening, for assistance and or additional accommodation. For more information and answers about accessibility, visit the Accessibility Page or call us at 918-748-5300.
