Thank you for your interest in receiving a donation from Philbrook Museum of Art.
We generally grant four general admission passes valued at $12 each for nonprofit fundraising events. The total value of this donation is $48. Each pass allows one individual entrance to the museum for a single general admission visit. Passes are not valid for ticketed programs.

Donation requests must be submitted a minimum of 60 days, but no more than 120 days, before your event. We receive many requests for donations and will respond to requests in the order they are received. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we require that all local donations be picked up, in person, at the Museum.
Please note that we are only able to donate to events with proof of non-profit status and we cannot accommodate requests for monetary donations or donations of Museum Memberships. Philbrook reserves the right to decline non-profit donation requests at our own discretion. If your submission does not meet all requirements indicated above or if an incomplete form is submitted, you may not receive response to your inquiry.
