Move, groove, and flow to the sounds of 90s grunge. This class will be non-stop movement and you won’t “want to come back down from this cloud”. We will be “Tripping Billies,” “Walking in Memphis,” and practicing with an “Even Flow” (Pearl Jam style).
All experience levels welcome.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and water.
