Rotunda

The Rotunda and adjoining Mabee Lobby provide a grand first impression. This space accommodates up to 300 for seated dinners and up to 500 for standing receptions. Located directly inside the Museum entrance, the gleaming terrazzo floors, columns, overlooking mezzanine gallery, and lighted dome present a beautiful setting for any event.

Patti Johnson Wilson Hall

Wilson Hall auditorium accommodates up to 250 for presentations, meetings, concerts, film screenings, theatrical performances, wedding ceremonies and more. Easily accessible directly from the Museum rotunda, the auditorium comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio, video projection and lighting equipment, enhancing the experience of all guests. Stepped theater seating with six arched windows along the south wall give event hosts the selection of a dark, intimate event (drapes closed) or a lively daytime setting with a view of the Philbrook Gardens and historic Villa. From the stage, enjoy backstage access via a rounded staircase leading to a private green room furnished with sofas, easy chairs, full bathroom, shower, and lit vanity for pre-show needs.

La Villa Restaurant

Breathtaking views of the Philbrook Gardens from the floor-to-ceiling glass wall in La Villa Restaurant make an indoor event with an outdoor feeling. This sunken, curving triangular space and adjoining reception lobby with built-in-bar accommodates a seated dinner of up to 120 or a reception for 200. The adjoining patio makes for a lovely outdoor space option overlooking the Philbrook Gardens (see Villa Terrace).

This booking includes museum admission for the entire group.

Charles P. Williams Room

This oval-shaped private space adjoins the restaurant on the Museum’s lower level for ease of service and access. Practical for everything from presentations, luncheons, showers, business meetings, retreats, and general gatherings with privacy, the Williams Room provides flexible, professional space with the ability for seating setups in classroom, theater, meeting, rounds or buffet styles.

Villa Terrace

The Philbrook Villa Terrace is the prime location for event elegance. Located just outside the Villa Great Hall, this sophisticated space with limestone steps and signature arches is located at the apex of the formal Gardens with classic Tempietto views. Perfect for cocktail receptions and appetizers or full wedding ceremonies for up to 90, the Terrace is unforgettable.

Located in the heart of the Brady Arts District overlooking the Guthrie Green, Philbrook Downtown offers a fresh, modern alternative for your event. The Lobeck Taylor Lobby features industrial aesthetics and a dramatic staircase, while the upper landing joins the beautiful, naturally lit Native American gallery. Suitable for receptions or an intimate dinner space.
