Photography

Professional photographers who desire to use the Philbrook grounds and gardens to take photos are required to become Photography Members or pay a single session fee and to agree to observe the provisions of this Policy for Professional Photography. Daily museum visitors may take snapshots in all spaces unless otherwise noted. No flash. No personal/commercial photo sessions of any type are permitted during museum hours.

Photography Memberships

Photography Unlimited Membership
$3,500 per year

  • Benefits for up to two (2) named photographers from a single studio
  • Unlimited number of sessions in Philbrook’s Gardens during the contracted year (sessions must be scheduled in advance)
  • Your company’s website link posted on Philbrook’s website
  • Your images, taken at Philbrook, credited and featured on our website, Facebook and Pinterest page
  • One year Dual-level membership (valid for 2 persons of a single household)
  • Additional photographers may be added for a fee of $500 per photographer

Photography Limited Membership
$1,500 per year

  • Benefits for one (1) named photographer
  • Ten (10) sessions in Philbrook’s Gardens scheduled during the contracted year (sessions must be scheduled in advance)
  • Your company’s website link posted on Philbrook’s website
  • One year Dual-level membership (valid for 2 persons of a single household)
  • Additional photographers may be added for a fee of $250 per photographer

Single Session Users
$250 per session

All professional and non-professional photographers wishing to conduct posed photo shoots should obtain an annual Photography Membership or pay a Single Session photography fee. Visitors are not permitted to conduct posed photo sessions during regular Museum hours.

Single Session photographers will have access to Philbrook’s beautiful grounds and select locations around the Museum. Sessions begin at $250 and should be booked two weeks in advance.

Please note that although the preceding memberships entitle the member to host a wedding or reception at Philbrook, they do not include additional expenses traditionally incurred including facility fees, catering, equipment rentals, flowers, tents, set up etc.

If you are not a current member, but would be interested in becoming a member in order to host your private event after museum hours, we will be happy to assist you in this process or answer any questions you may have.
