Photography

Professional photographers who desire to use the Philbrook grounds and gardens to take photos are required to become Photography Members or pay a single session fee and to agree to observe the provisions of this Policy for Professional Photography. Daily museum visitors may take snapshots in all spaces unless otherwise noted. No flash. No personal/commercial photo sessions of any type are permitted during museum hours.

Photography Memberships

Photography Unlimited Membership
$3,500 per year

A Photography Master Membership includes benefits for (2) photographers from one studio. Additional photographers may be added to the Photography Master Membership for $500 per photographer. Each photographer will have exclusive rights to schedule an unlimited number of photography sessions during the contracted year. In addition, each photographer will receive a one-year family/dual Philbrook Membership. Names of photographers associated with the studio must be established when the Membership is purchased or renewed and are not transferable. Philbrook must be given a photograph of each participating photographer for identification purposes.

Photography Limited Membership
$1,500 per year

A Photography Associates Membership will receive benefits for up to ten (10) scheduled sessions that may be used during the contracted year. (Unused sessions do not carry over to the next contract year). Benefits are limited to one (1) photographer only. However, one additional photographer may be added to the Photography Associates Membership for $250. In addition, each photographer will receive a one-year family/dual Philbrook Membership. Names of photographers associated with the studio must be established when the Membership is purchased or renewed and are not transferable. Philbrook must be given a photograph of each participating photographer for identification purposes.

Single Session Users
$250 per session

Single Session Users may schedule photography sessions in advance for $250 per session. Fees must be paid prior to the scheduled session by check or cash or at the time of check in, if a prior arrangement for such payment has been made, to the Philbrook Security office. Credit card payments will be accepted but must be arranged with Philbrook’s Event Coordinator in advance.

Bridal portraits may be taken on our beautiful grounds and selected locations around the museum by Philbrook Photography Members. Photographers will have access to certain areas and must schedule in advance.

Please note that although the preceding memberships entitle the member to host a wedding or reception at Philbrook, they do not include additional expenses traditionally incurred including facility fees, catering, equipment rentals, flowers, tents, set up etc.

If you are not a current member, but would be interested in becoming a member in order to host your private event after museum hours, we will be happy to assist you in this process or answer any questions you may have.
