Museums-on-Us

On the first full weekend of every month, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch cardholders enjoy free admission, compliments of the Bank of America Museums-on-Us program. Advance, timed entry tickets required. Tickets available by phone at 918-748-5300.

Member Colleges

Museums For All

Supports qualified guests visiting Philbrook for a minimal fee of $1 per person, up to four people, with the presentation of a SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card, WIC (Women, Infant, Children), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Electronic Benefits (EBT) card, and SoonerCare. Children 17 and under always receive free general admission. Advance, timed tickets are required. Where is Philbrook located?

A:

You can find us one block east of Peoria Ave. on 27th Place and Rockford. Our address is 2727 S. Rockford Rd. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Advance, timed-entry tickets are required.

When is Philbrook open?

A:

Philbrook is open 9am to 5pm, Wednesday through Sunday, and 9am to 9pm every Friday. We are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and major holidays. Advance, timed-entry tickets are required. NOTE: The ongoing COVID-19 situation may affect our operating hours. Please call us at 918-748-5300 for updated hours and for tickets.

Advance, timed-entry tickets are required. General admission may be purchased in advance online via the Event Calendar or by calling us at 918-748-5300 during regular operating hours.

Yes. Advance, timed-entry tickets are required. General admission for youth 17 & under is always free!

Are your galleries and gardens wheelchair accessible?

A:

Much of the garden and grounds are accessible for those using a wheelchair or mobility device. Some paths are steep and have uneven surfaces. All restrooms at Philbrook are wheelchair accessible. There are also a limited number of wheelchairs available for guests to use at no additional charge.

Are general admission tickets and event tickets refundable?

A:

General admission, event, program, and fundraising tickets are exchangeable but generally non-refundable. Donations and Memberships are non-refundable. For more information about exchanges and refund, visit the Refund and Ticketing Policy Page.

Q:

How much time should I plan for my visit?

A:

Touring is different for everyone. We suggest allowing at least an hour for your visit but many of our guests spend much of the day exploring our galleries and gardens.

Do you offer tours?

A:

Visit our Events Calendar for public tour offerings. Call us at 918-748-5300 for more information about private tour bookings.

Can I eat at the Museum?

A:

Our restaurant, Kitchen 27, is currently closed. Visitors are welcome to bring picnics (no outside alcohol, please) and picnic in our beautiful Gardens.

I’m an artist. Am I allowed to draw and paint during my visit?

A:

Philbrook welcomes artists who wish to sketch in the galleries and draw or paint in our beautiful gardens! Please review our Garden Guidelines before your visit and call us at (918) 748-5300 if you have any questions.

Is photography allowed?

A:

Personal photography is encouraged during your museum visit. Flash and photography equipment (tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, etc.) are not permitted. For posed photography sessions (portrait, bridal, prom, group, etc.) please review the Visitor Photography Guidelines or call 918-748-5300. Can I bring my dog?

A:

Service animals are always welcome at Philbrook. Pets and therapy animals are not permitted in our galleries, gardens, or grounds.

Where can I find more information about the history of Philbrook and the Phillips family?

A:

During your visit, be sure not to miss our Founders Room, which showcases an outline of the history of Villa Philbrook and the Phillips family, complete with historic photographs of the home before it was donated and became an art museum.

Visitors may also pick up a copy of Villa Philbrook, by visiting the Museum Shop or visit with a member of our Guest Experience Team for more information.

I have an artwork that I’d like appraised or validated, can Philbrook help?

A:

Philbrook does not authenticate, appraise, or evaluate works of art. We can, however, offer some direction to get you started researching and identifying works in your own collection. Contact our Guest Experience Team at (918) 748-5300 or guestexperience@philbrook.org for more information.

Philbrook Museum of Art is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are funded by your general admission fee, Membership, grants, sponsorships, and endowments and generous support from our donors.
