A biennial fundraiser launched in 2015 to celebrate innovation in art, gardens, food and wine. EDGE 2019 will celebrate women in culture and recognize their contributions to building our community. The program will include the presentation of the inaugural Philbrook Cultural Leadership Award.
On Friday, May 3, guests will gather for drinks under the Zink Rotunda art installation by artist and guest speaker Sharon Louden. They will then meet together in Patti Johnson Wilson Hall to hear from guest speakers Louden and Mia Mascarin Oven, and witness the presentation of the Philbrook Cultural Leadership Award.
Following the program, patrons will enjoy a three-course brunch in the South Formal Garden.
The Philbrook Cultural Leadership Award is presented biyearly to an artist, artisan, horticulturist, or philanthropist in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the cultural community of Tulsa. EDGE brings together culture makers, advocates, enthusiasts, collectors, and philanthropists for an elegant afternoon to celebrate the arts, and to honor significant individuals leading our cultural community forward.
