FAQs

Q:

How do I purchase Festival Night tickets? Can I buy tickets at the door?

A:

Each Festival Night has a limited capacity. Advance, timed entry tickets are required. Please pre-purchase tickets for all guests in your party, including children, and arrive on time to ensure your spot. If you do not pre-purchase tickets and arrive at the time noted on your ticket, your party may not be admitted if maximum capacity is reached. Philbrook is capping attendance at 50% of previous year’s attendance in order to allow for proper physical distancing.

Tickets are available for all Festival Nights at philbrook.org/calendar or by calling Philbrook’s Guest Experience Team at 918-748-5300 during regular business hours. All sales are final.

Q:

What activities will be available for children?

A:

Each Festival Night features holiday lights and music in the gardens, a take-and-make art activity for children and families (additional ticket required per participant), socially-distant visits from Santa, and outdoor activities.

Philbrook Festival is an exclusively outdoor event. In case of inclement weather, Festival Night events may be cancelled. Please contact Philbrook’s Guest Experience Team at 918-748-5300 if you have questions relating to weather cancellations.

Q:

How do I purchase Take & Make Activity tickets?

A:

Pre-purchase activity tickets for $5 online* at philbrook.org/calendar while supplies last.

*Add three (3) or more activity tickets to your pre-purchase cart to receive 15% off admissions and activity tickets. Discount only applicable to advance purchases (prior to 5pm on each Festival Night).

Q:

What food and drink options are available?

A:

Guests may visit Santa’s Snack Shack for a selection of wood-fired pizzas, hot cocoa, s’mores, and beverages. Hot cocoa and bar service are also available on the Kitchen 27 restaurant patio. Kitchen 27 restaurant is currently closed.

Q:

Where do I park and enter?

A:

Please arrive at the entry time indicated on your pre-purchased ticket no more than 20 minutes after this entry time. Capacity is strictly limited. Ticketholders arriving early or late may not be admitted.

After parking, proceed to the special Festival Nights garden entrance on the south end of the museum. For accessible entry on Festival Nights, please follow signage to the lower level parking lot on the Northeast side of the museum and check-in at the Garden Kiosk.  Accessible entry and exit points are indicated on all maps.

For information on wheelchair access or other accessibility matters, please visit our Accessibility Page or contact us at 918-748-5300.

Q:

Is there an accessible entry and pathway throughout the Gardens?

A:

We are committed to creating accessible experiences for all visitors.

For accessible entry on Festival Nights, please follow signage to the lower level parking lot on the northeast side of the museum and check-in at the Garden Kiosk. Accessible entry and exit points are indicated on all maps.

Much of the Gardens are accessible for those using a wheelchair or mobility device. Some paths have uneven surfaces and one ramp has a steep slope. Please feel free to ask any Philbrook staff or volunteer, throughout the evening, for assistance and or additional accommodation. For more information and answers about accessibility, visit the Accessibility Page or call us at 918-748-5300.
