Philbrook Museum

Rooted in the beauty and architecture of an historic home and gardens gifted by the Phillips family over 75 years ago, Philbrook can be your canvas for your private event. Our main campus has a variety of spaces to accommodate your hosting needs including an 80-person lunch presentation, a 250-person auditorium concert venue, a grand wedding and reception across the 25-acre property, or a 1,000-person after-hours cocktail event.

Philbrook Downtown

Located in the heart of the Brady Arts District, Philbrook Downtown offers a contemporary and urban look for your event. The lobby features an industrial aesthetic and dramatic staircase, while the upper landing is adjacent to the beautiful, naturally-lit Native American gallery. Host an intimate rehearsal dinner or 200-person reception at our satellite location overlooking the Guthrie Green to add a modern feel to your special event.

Please note that although the preceding memberships entitle the member to host a wedding or reception at Philbrook, they do not include additional expenses traditionally incurred including facility fees, catering, equipment rentals, flowers, tents, set up etc.

If you are not a current member, but would be interested in becoming a member in order to host your private event after museum hours, we will be happy to assist you in this process or answer any questions you may have.
