This Week’s Musician:
Zeke Duhon, an indie rock artist from Tulsa, Oklahoma, blends folk, pop, and alternative sounds into emotionally rich music. His journey began at 13, when his father gifted him a guitar, sparking his passion for songwriting. After high school, he moved to Nashville, signing a publishing deal with Big Deal Music (now Hipgnosis), joining artists like St. Vincent and Ray LaMontagne.
His debut EP, recorded at Blackbird Studios with Grammy award winning producer Charlie Peacock (known for his work with The Civil Wars, Ben Rector and Switchfoot), showcased his ability to craft ethereal, introspective songs. With several tracks featured in TV shows and commercials, Zeke has demonstrated a knack for writing accessible yet profound music.

Drawing inspiration from legends like Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, and Bob Dylan, as well as contemporary artists like Conor Oberst, Phoebe Bridgers, and Noah Kahan, Zeke’s artistry resonates deeply with listeners. His journey, marked by passion and collaboration, promises to continue captivating audiences for years to come.
