*Ideal age range for youth is 6-15 for this class; however, we will welcome all who are interested. Please note that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Ever want to try meditation with your kiddo? Soundbath meditation is a beginner-friendly way to start!
In the KIDS Meditation class, we will learn about different types of meditation and meditation tools. We’ll move our bodies a little (to get the wiggles out) followed by a brief, sound-assisted meditation that’s accompanied by the soothing harmonies of crystal signing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a symphonic gong.
Blankets will be provided; however you may feel free to bring your own mat or meditation cushion.
