Food:
Bring your own picnic or purchase dinner on-site from local Food Trucks. No outside alcohol permitted.

Seating:
General Admission seating is first-come, first-served. The front half of the lawn is reserved for blanket seating only, while the back half is for guests with chairs. Blanket and chairs not provided.

Reserved Spots are the first two sections located towards the front of the South Formal Lawn for an enhanced viewing experience. Premium VIP Spots are located at front on left and right of screen on the lawn and provide the best viewing experience. A member of our team will be available to help you locate your spot.

Weather:
We can’t predict the weather, but we can be prepared! If you plan to bring a blanket to sit on, consider bringing a tarp or other water-resistant material along in case the ground is damp.

In case of rain or other inclement weather, the film may be moved indoors to the Patti Johnson Wilson Auditorium – or be cancelled. If moved indoors, Reserved Ticket-Holders will be assigned a reserved row to accommodate up to 4 guests, and Premium Spot-Holders be assigned a reserved row to accommodate up to 10 guests, as well as a complimentary concession perk for the group. In either case, ticket-holders will be notified via email and will have one week from the date of the event to contact Philbrook at 918-748-5300 to exchange film tickets for another film, upcoming event, or apply the funds toward a Membership. All sales are final.
