Rehearsal Dinner (Masters Society Membership required)

With a $2,000 Masters Society Membership, reserve the la Villa restaurant or Westby gardens for your rehearsal dinner for 100 guests or less. Select from a number of catering options and arrange for entertainment that will set the mood your upcoming wedding celebrations. We can assist in planning the most casual of event or a multiple course seated dinner.

With a $5,000 Master Society Membership, wow your guests with a tour of the galleries and gardens while you enjoy cocktails on the patio or Terrace.
Entertainment can be arranged as well as valet parking for your evening. (fees apply) Following your reception, sit down to a memorable dinner in the main Rotunda, la Villa restaurant or in the gardens.

Please note: While your membership allows you to reserve the facilities for a private event after museum hours, it does not include additional expenses such as facility usage, equipment rental, flowers, and catering fees etc. Please contact the Event Coordinator for details at (918) 748-5399.


Wedding Ceremony and Reception: (Masters Society membership required)

Hosting such a joyous event in our elegant facilities and spectacular gardens is a truly unique benefit of our Masters Society level members only.

With a $2,000 Masters Society Membership, you are entitled to host a wedding reception in la Villa Restaurant or Westby Sculpture Garden, provided the number of guests remains at 100 or less.

The $5,000 Masters Society Patron Membership entitles you to host a wedding reception in a variety of locations, indoors and outdoors.

In order to hold a wedding ceremony at Philbrook, a Masters Society Benefactor Membership of $10,000 is required. The membership entitles you to host the wedding ceremony alone or you may include the reception. This membership allows you to select areas in the museum facilities or the beautiful gardens.

Please note that although the preceding memberships entitle the member to host a wedding or reception at Philbrook, they do not include additional expenses traditionally incurred including facility fees, catering, equipment rentals, flowers, set up etc.

If you are not a current member, but would be interested in becoming a member in order to host your private event after museum hours, we will be happy to assist you in this process or answer any questions you may have.
