Whether entertaining guests, hosting a luncheon or preparing for your next stockholder’s meeting, bring a touch of sophistication to any event at Philbrook Museum of Art. Our unique facilities and la Villa Restaurant offer a variety of options in space and atmosphere for each individual event.

Charles P. Williams Conference Room

Located on our lower level across from la Villa Restaurant, the CPW is the perfect setting for a private luncheon. This unique space accommodates up to 80 guests but can host a smaller number without feeling too spacious. With Internet access and audio-visual capabilities, it is an excellent venue for corporate meetings and luncheons, as well as hosting a private luncheon or shower. This space is available from 10am-5pm for Business Associate and Master Society Members. For non-profit organizations, individuals and businesses that are NOT members, it is available form 11am-2pm for a facility fee of $150. Click here for more information on membership and benefits.

Patti Johnson Wilson Auditorium

Host your annual stockholders meeting, corporate seminar or business lecture in our beautiful Patti Johnson Wilson Auditorium. (PJW) Equipped with Internet access, audio-visual capabilities and a state -of-the-art sound system, this 235-seat auditorium is accessible from the main level of the museum. With behind the scenes dressing rooms and a refurbished grand piano, it also makes an outstanding recital and performance hall. The auditorium is available for daytime and evening use.

Usage extended to Master Society, Business Associate Members and nonprofit organizations. Facility fees may apply.

la Villa Restaurant

Entertain guests or clients in this elegant atmosphere and indulge in delicious cuisine while overlooking the Westby Sculpture Garden. Offering a warm and inviting space suitable for casual cocktail receptions or formal dinners, la Villa Restaurant caters specially prepared menus as designated by you or your company. Space is limited to 100 guests or less.

Usage extended to Master Society members and Business Associates beginning at the $2,000 level as well as non-profit organizations. Facility fees apply

Zink Rotunda & Mabee Reception Gallery

With its intricately patterned dome, geometrical marble floor and Rodin’s Adam sculpture, the Zink Rotunda and adjoining Mabee Reception Gallery provide an elegant setting for any special event. This space can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated dinner and additional guests for a less formal occasion. Docent tours of the Helmerich Special Exhibition Gallery and historic Villa Philbrook allow your guests to enjoy Philbrook’s splendid collections and traveling exhibitions. Your guests can also enjoy the breath taking beauty of the Phibrook Gardens.

Our Event Coordinator will help arrange valet parking, florists, technical equipment rentals and entertainment to make planning your special occasion an enjoyable experience. Events are subject to availability and the Event host/sponsor assumes all out of pocket expenses associated with the event including catering and miscellaneous rentals.
