Scheduling

We welcome your group to experience the magic of Philbrook. To schedule a tour, please call the Philbrook Education Department at (918) 748-5309 or (800) 324-7941, ext. 309 and have the following information available:

• Date and time preferred (please have alternate choices)
• Group name, size, and age or grade
• Type of tour desired
• Contact person, phone number and address

Confirmation
You will be mailed a confirmation card for docent-guided tours. Review the card for accuracy and present it at the front desk upon arrival. Please be prompt; all tours run on a schedule. Docents will only wait 15 minutes after the scheduled tour time.
