Tours & Programs

Whether purely for pleasure or as part of an academic study, each museum visit is an opportunity to better understand and appreciate art. Our self-guided and docent-led tours and interpretive programs are designed to help guests make the most of their time in our galleries and gardens. Led by our trained volunteer docents, each formal tour is 50 minutes unless otherwise requested. Each year, approximately 17,000 school-age students and 10,000 adults participate in our docent led tours.
